The European Commission – DG Competition cleared an acquisition by PGGM Vermogensbeheer B.V. and DIF Management B.V. of Fudura B.V. in the markets for (i) electrical engineering services relating to substations for non-residential customers, comprising the leasing/renting of substations together with installation and maintenance services limited to the infrastructure sector, (ii) heat metering services, (iii) gas and electricity metering services and (iv) the generation and distribution of district heating.
