The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission cleared an acquisition by Google LLC of Mandiant Inc. in the markets for (i) the supply of cybersecurity consulting and incident response services, (ii) the supply of cybersecurity software and managed services and (iii) the supply of cloud infrastructure and platforms.
