The Icelandic Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Lyfsalans ehf. of Lyfjavali ehf. and Landakoti fasteignafélagi in the markets for (i) the retail sale of prescription and over-the-counter medicines, (ii) the retail sale of sanitary and cosmetic products, health products and other health and nursing products, which are generally sold in pharmacies.
