The Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection cleared an acquisition by Lyreco S.A.S. of Samba Holdco B.V. in the markets for (i) the sale of traditional office supplies under non-international agreements to large customers, (ii) the sale of non-traditional office supplies on the basis of non-international agreements with large customers and (iii) the sale of non-traditional office supplies on the basis of non-international agreements to SMEs.
