The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets cleared an acquisition by Global Automotive Investments Holding B.V. of PBG B.V. in the markets for (i) replacement tires for passenger cars and vans for supply to national/regional wholesalers, (ii) replacement tires of passenger cars and vans for supply to retailers and (iii) replacement wheels for light vehicles.
