The European Commission – DG Competition cleared with conditions a transfer of assets from Hexion Inc. to Black Diamond Capital Management LLC and Investindustrial S.A. in the markets for (i) the production and supply of unsaturated polyester resins (UPRs) and (ii) thermoset moulding compounds of various polymers (e.g. pure/reinforced UPR, PF, MP and EP resins).
