The Turkish Competition Authority cleared a transfer of assets from Ferro Corporation to Pigments Spain S.L. in the markets for (i) the manufacturing of coloured glass powder (Frit) and glaze (Glaze) – “F&G”, (ii) then manufacturing of glaze and (iii) manufacturing of digital inks.
