The European Commission – DG Competition referred to Sweden an acquisition by Volvo Car Corporation AB of Upplands Motor Group in the markets for (i) fleet leasing and fleet management services, (ii) distribution of new cars, (iii) sales of used cars, (iv) spare parts for motor vehicles, (v) repair and maintenance services and (vi) short-term car rental services.
