The Croatian Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Valinge Croatia d.o.o. of Spin Valis d.d. in the markets for (i) production and sale of furniture, (ii) production and sale of sawn timber, (iii) production and sale of wood components, (iv) production and sale of crushed panels, (v) production and sale of briquette, (vi) trade of crushed logs and (vii) trade of large fire wood.
