The Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine cleared an acquisition by Paramonov Denys Yusupovych of Berdyanski kovbasy LLC in the markets for (i) the wholesale of meat and sausage products, (ii) the wholesale of canned food, (iii) the wholesale of chicken, (iv) the wholesale of pork, (v) the wholesale of beef, (vi) the wholesale of pigs, and (vii) the retail of food products.
