The Icelandic Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Ahlsell Danmark ApS of Sanistål A/S in the markets for (i) retail sales of installation items to professional customers, (ii) retail sales of tools and accessories to professional customers, (iii) retail sales of building materials to professional customers and (iv) wholesale HVAC items to retailers.
