The US Federal Trade Commission has filed a complaint against an acquisition by Medtronic Plc. of Intersect ENT Inc. in the markets for the research, development, licensing, manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and sale of (i) balloon sinus dilation products and (ii) ENT navigation system
