The Portuguese Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Cary Group AB of Glassco S.A. in the markets for (i) the distribution of parts and accessories for light motor vehicles, (ii) the distribution of parts and accessories for heavy motor vehicles, (iii) the repair of light and heavy motor vehicles and (iv) the provision of claims management services for motor vehicles.
