The Bulgarian Competition Authority referred for further investigation an acquisition by С.Т.В. EAD of Telnet LLC in the markets for (i) the production of AV content, (ii) the licensing of rights to broadcast AV content, (iii) the wholesale distribution of TV channels, (iii) the retail provision of AV services to end customers, (iv) the sale of TV advertising space, (v) the retail provision of mobile telecommunications services and (vi) retail provision of fixed Internet access services.
