The Belgian Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Proximus NV of Mobile Vikings NV in the markets for (i) the provision of mobile telephony services, (ii) the provision of fixed internet services, (iii) the provision of fixed telephony services, (iv) the provision of television services limited to the, (v) wholesale for access and call origination on mobile networks, (vi) call termination on mobile networks, (vii) international electronic communications services, (viii) access to leased lines, (ix) call termination on fixed networks, (x) call forwarding services on fixed networks, (xi) call termination and call hosting to non-geographic numbers.
