The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission cleared a transfer of assets from Global Forest Partners LP to New Forests Asset Management Pty Ltd. in the markets for (i) structural sawlogs, for such uses as house frames, (ii) non-structural sawlogs, for such uses as packaging and landscaping and (iii) roundwood, for such uses as farm fencing.
