The New Zealand Commerce Commission cleared a transfer of assets from Trustpower Limited to Mercury NZ Limited in the markets for (i) the wholesale supply of electricity, (ii) the retail supply of electricity to residential and SME (mass market) customers and (iii) the retail supply of natural gas to mass market customers.
