The People’s Republic of China’s State Administration for Market Regulation cleared with conditions an acquisition by Illinois Tool Products Co. Ltd. of Equities in MTS Systems in the markets for (i) the production and sale of ground vehicle durability testing equipment, (ii) the production and sale of static material testing equipment, (iii)  the production and sale of electro-hydraulic material testing equipment and (iv)  the production and sale of electric mechanical material testing equipment.
