The Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority cleared an acquisition by Hudson Holdings Limited of Trilogy Limited in the markets for (i) luxury men’s clothing, (ii) luxury women’s clothing, (iii) luxury kid’s clothing, (iv) middle-class men’s clothing, (v) middle-class women’s clothing, (vi) middle-class kid’s clothing, (vii) unbranded men’s clothing, (viii) unbranded women’s clothing and (ix) unbranded kid’s clothing.
