The French Competition Authority cleared a transfer of assets from Camaïeu International et de la Financière Brame to Financière Immobilière Bordelaise in the markets for (i) the supply of women’s footwear and clothing and (ii) the retail distribution of mid-range women’s footwear and clothing.
