The People’s Republic of China’s State Administration for Market Regulation cleared with conditions an acquisition by Cisco Systems of Akashia Communications Company in the markets for (i) Coherent Digital Signal Processors, (ii) Coherent Receiver Photonic Integrated Circuits, (iii) Coherent optical transceivers, (iv) Optical transmission systems and (v) routers.
