The European Commission – DG Competition cleared a transfer of assets from AXA S.A. to Uniqa Österreich Versicherungen AG in the markets for (i) insurance products, (ii) voluntary retirement saving products, (iii) distribution of voluntary retirement saving products, (iv) asset management, (v) distribution of asset management products and (vi) custody and depositary services.
