The European Commission – DG Competition cleared with conditions an acquisition by Telia Company AB of Bonnier Broadcasting Holding AB in a Phase II investigation in the markets for (i) the production and licensing of broadcasting rights for AV content, (ii) wholesale supply of TV channels, (iii) retail supply of AV services, (iv) retail supply of fixed telephony services, (v) retail supply of fixed internet access services, (vi) retail supply of mobile telecommunications services, (vi) retail supply of multiple play services and (vii) the sale of advertising space on AV services.
