The Latvian Competition Council cleared an acquisition by SIA Coffee Address of SIA Kafe Serviss and SIA Espressoblue in the markets for (i) rental and service of coffee machines in offices, (ii) HoReCa rental and service of coffee machines in offices, (iii) sale of food and beverages in vending machines and (iv) sale of coffee machines and coffee (including capsules).
