The European Commission – DG Competition cleared a transfer of assets from BASF AG to LSF11 Skyscraper Investments S.à.r.l. in the markets for (i) chemical-based admixtures, (ii) mortars, (iii) AAC blocks, (iv) AAC large format units, (v) mineral insulation boards and (vi) the distribution of building products.
