The Portuguese Competition Authority cleared an acquisition by Cellnex Telecom S.A. of NOS Towering – Gestão de Torres de Telecomunicação S.A. in the market for accommodation services, in passive infrastructures (macro-sites) of equipment for mobile telecommunications and similar equipment.
