The European Commission – DG Competition cleared an acquisition of joint control by Advent International Corporation and Cinven Capital Management (VII) General Partner Limited of Thyssenkrupp Elevator AG in the markets for (i) the wholesale supply of bearings and (ii) the repair and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
