Academic and professional background
Eva is currently studying in France (University of Auvergne), focusing on her dissertation thesis in the field of competition law. She has a Master in Law from the Pan-european University in Slovakia, as well as the recognition of her legal education from the Charles University in Prague. She did various internships and educational stays at home and abroad in international and domestic (not only) law firms as well as in The Office for the Protection of Competition in Brno. Within her academic activities she is focusing on competition law (predatory prices and private enforcement of the competition rules) as well as on the European Law and Private International Law.
